Peanut Butter Crunch Granola Nice Cream
This is a decadent, healthy dessert that combines the creamy texture of banana nice cream with the satisfying crunch of our peanut butter granola in every bite. Perfect for health-conscious sweet tooths, this recipe is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. Learn how to whip up this easy treat that's naturally vegan + gluten-free!
Ingredients
- 2-3 frozen bananas (We slice them before freezing so they blend more easily)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A handful (or a whole bag, we won't judge) of Rooted Living Peanut Butter Crunch granola
- Fresh, diced strawberries
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend your frozen bananas. You can add a bit of plant milk to help everything blend if needed!
- Once smooth, add in the Peanut Butter Crunch granola and diced strawberries. Lightly pulse until the add-ins are evenly distributed.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with extra granola!
