Ingredients
- 12 fresh strawberries, washed and dried
- 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips (ensure they’re dairy-free)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ cup Peanut Butter Crunch Rooted Living Granola, crushed into small pieces
Directions
Step 1
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips and the coconut oil. Melt in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and glossy.
Step 2
Prepare a plate or tray lined with parchment paper. Place the crushed Rooted Living Peanut Butter Granola in a separate shallow dish.
Step 3
Hold each strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted chocolate, and let any excess drip off. Immediately roll the chocolate-dipped strawberry in the crushed granola, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
Step 4
Place the finished strawberries on the parchment paper to set. For faster results, chill them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
